The United Party is based on mutual co-operation, to promote social progress and better standards of living for all.  Its function regardless whether in office or not is to campaign on this pledge, but to also make that pledge a reality, finding real-time solutions, to help create a difference in people's lives.  Sometimes what might seem to be even the smallest change to others can mean the world of difference to someone else.

As a society we've been able to achieve great things, because we were better informed, something we have lost; communication in the 21st century is the greatest tool at our disposal, but it's being abused, and that's a tragedy. We can challenge this, we can do more to better inform the people of the country to enfranchise everyone's belief in our democracy, our way of life, the checks and balances that can give us purpose once more to believe in the power of possibility.

There is so much more that we can do, and maybe when it all seems hopeless, when there are too many problems it can feel overwhelming; but if we can make a little difference, and then another and another, those are the moments that will inspire many with the will to act. Let's be part of that journey.
